Congratulations for another week of great discussion!
1. Badges
Some of you may have noticed that next to your names there appeared a trophy, which is a badge to recognize active participation in online discussions, nominated by our online moderators. For the past two modules, we awarded 8 badges for the following colleagues. We will award more every Monday. Please be active and share more in the online discussions, and you all have a chance to win badges!

2. Launching learner community
We like to hear your learning stories, so we created the “learning journey” on the course platform as a learner community. This community is created for you only. You can share your stories such as
· How have you been learning in this programme in general?
· How do you balance work and life and make time to read and participate in online discussions?
· How do you tackle learning difficulties?
· How do you apply the learning into your daily work?
· What learning tips would you give to the new students?
You can also share resources with each other, which you find useful. Some of you already mentioned a few books in the online discussion, why not recommend them in the learner community?
The UNSSC management training team also like to join you as learners. We share our learning journey in implementing this programme while interacting with fascinating colleagues. To start, we have posted the analysis of weekly feedback surveys.
We will surely read the learning blogs that you write, and feature some colleagues a digital story format (podcast, video interview, newsletter etc).
